The original design plan was very nice but excessive. When we asked the designer to remove several items her attitude towards us changed ( not for the better). We specifically asked for deer/rabbit proof plants. After the first winter, the 6 coneflowers were non existent. Of the 4 rose bushes, one was completely dead and the other 3 had literally 1 branch each that was “still green”. The guy that came to do the plant check said nothing about rabbit damage ( he barely said anything and was actually rude). I suggested replacing the cone flowers with something different but they only replaced with a different variety. They replaced 1 rose bush. After the second winter I emailed them that only 1 cone flower and 1 rose bush showed any signs of life but was told they only replaced plants once and don’t replace for animal damage which, per them, the rose bushes showed. Why rec a plant that is known that rabbits eat? And why replace it if it died because of rabbits when that goes against their policy? Out of about 40 plants they planted: 8 are non existent, 15 are doing good and the rest are alive but FAR from looking like they should by now ( few scraggly leaves vs full and blooming). I

Amazing landscape design service with Sarah Lloyd!!! We have worked with her for over 6 years at Dundee Nursery and she always goes above and beyond!! Highly recommend!

We had Dundee Nursery create a landscaping plan for our backyard. Sarah Lloyd‘s designs were amazing. She gave us several options to choose from and she worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Her expert opinion was greatly valued. Our backyard looks like a park and all of our neighbors appreciate it too. Sarah was here before, during, and after the project. She helped with the placement of each tree, bush, and boulder to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and where we wanted the trees. Special shout out to Luis and his crew who did an amazing job and were very conscientious. The yard was completely clean when they were done. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend!

Not even worthy of one star! Worst service I have ever experienced. Sarah refused to call me back after several attempts to reach her. I spent over $5,000 and the end result does NOT look anything like a $5,000 job. Half of the plants did not survive the first winter. They gave me a credit to replace. The replacement plants have a fungus. I tried to work it out with Gill, the General Manager, he was extremely rude. I was okay with spending a premium because I thought I would get excellent service and quality products. Just because you spend more money doesn't mean anything. I will never step foot in Dundee again. I will be sure to tell my friends and family to do the same.

Recommend.... a fixture n plymouth that is easy to find , just off Highway 55 since I’ve been alive. Good selection, staff are professional, and quality plants. The only bummer, some of the shrubs are expensive compared to some. I tried to negotiate ( request a discount ) better price for a full landscape project 25+ shrubs and they wouldn’t agree to a volume discount.. mot willing to bend 10-15% on a $1500 order which I believe is reasonable. That being said, I do know they have a couple good sales during the summer that I wasn’t aware of. Unfortunately, we ended up getting a better price on quality shrubs at a competitor. I recommend Dundee, however shop around or wait for posted seasonal sales. Lots of choices out there...
